3. Everyone, regardless of skill or Bible knowledge, can be a refresher.

4. How to be a refresher:

      a. Visit others; thev sick, those who need encouragement, etc.

      b. They express appreciation for others.

      c. They try to lighten someone's load.

5. What it takes to be a Refresher:

      a. Unselfishness.

      b. Awareness.

      c. Humility.

      d. Courage.
